We are delighted to announce that the Wendell and Doris Rogers Foundation has renewed their commitment to supporting our mission with a $15,000 general operating support grant for 2025. This marks our third consecutive year of partnership, reflecting a shared dedication to empowering young people with disabilities through innovative programming.
This meaningful support will strengthen key initiatives that touch hundreds of lives each year. Our summer camps, nestled on our welcoming 12-acre campus, offer weekly themed adventures where participants build confidence, develop friendships, and discover new interests. Beyond camp, the Foundation’s support enhances our social skills programs and clinical interventions, ensuring we can continue providing comprehensive support to young people and their families.
The impact of this support extends throughout our community. In 2024, through more than 100 specialized lessons, our campers logged 200+ hours of outdoor activity time, including 4 dynamic off-campus field trips, promoting connection, physical health, and mental well-being. Additionally, more than 300 individuals benefitted from our social skill-building programs last year, including the recent pilot of a new travel art club, Beyond the Baseline, built to broaden member horizons through exposure to art, culture, and exciting new cuisines.
We are honored to continue our relationship with the Wendell and Doris Rogers Foundation, whose commitment to supporting transformative programs for young people aligns perfectly with our mission of building an inclusive community where everyone can thrive. Their ongoing partnership helps ensure our programs remain accessible to families while maintaining the highest quality of support and engagement.
