Clinical Office Coordinator

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator in our clinical department. As the Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including sending out insurance claims, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies with a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling clients and staff, managing call-offs and cancellations, and coordinating seasonal schedule changes. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach will be essential as you navigate the complexities of insurance billing and scheduling logistics. Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Send out insurance claims weekly
  • Track claims
  • Follow up with insurance companies on denied claims
  • Check claims for any inaccuracies, time discrepancies
  • Scrubbing of insurance claims
  • Know applicable billing codes and modifiers for each line of service
  • Run benefit verifications on insurance policies
  • Send treatment authorizations
  • Enter authorizations into EMR system
  • Send out monthly invoices to families
  • Send monthly income reports to finance team
  • Set up payment plans with clients as needed and track plans and payments
  • Track private pay payments and send invoicing monthly
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices
  • Take initial interest calls for services and follow up with clinical team
    • Send intake forms to families
  • Scheduling for ABA clients and staff
    • Take call off and cancellation calls, adjust schedule as needed
    • Monitor time off requests
    • Work on seasonal schedule changes
  • Ordering center supplies and materials
  • Checking supplies and inventory
  • Assist with marketing requests
  • Outreach phone calls
  • Scheduling interviews and screen potential staff as needed

  • Tech savvy and able to learn and use various online platforms (EMR system, docusign)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude, will be working with insurance payors and families, good customer service skills is a must
  • Some of the billing pieces require some investigative work and follow up, candidate must be able to work independently and sometimes be able to research information needed if the information is not available outright
  • Due to the nature of information within the job, candidate must understand confidentiality and keep information confidential

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with insurance billing preferred but not required- training will be provided
  • Preferred working hours 10am-6pm
  • HIPPA trained, training provided if needed

Job Coach- Immediate ($15-$18 per hour)

Job Description:
Job coaches will work directly with Living and Learning members in the local community to develop job skills, promote problem-solving, self-advocacy, and independence, as well as foster a supportive and nurturing environment. This involves supporting our members in learning to complete job tasks, providing emotional and behavioral support, and monitoring and evaluating the progress of members with the goal of transitioning them into long-term employment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute job coaching plans made specific to each member.
  • Promote independence and efficiency while also ensuring the wellbeing of members.
  • Help in the development of motivation and skills.
  • Formally document member information and progress notes.

Qualifications:
Minimum Experience

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ years experience in similar field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in comparable studies.

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License

Social Skills Program Facilitators (starting at $15.25 per hour)

We are looking for kind-hearted, fun loving, energetic, patient, and compassionate individuals to join our Social Program Facilitator Team to help provide a fun and safe experience for our members. Our enriching programs focus on social, life, and job skills while making friends and having fun!
 
Requirements:
– Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check
– Responsible for supervision of members
– Experience working with children or teen
– Experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred
– Encourage and actively engage our members in activities
– Demonstrate respect and sensitivity to the needs of each member
– Ability to be flexible and work well with others
