Driving Inclusion: Living and Learning Awarded $100,000 Grant from Honda USA Foundation

We are excited to share that the Living and Learning Enrichment Center has been awarded a $100,000 grant from the Honda USA Foundation. This generous investment will directly support our Inclusive Vocational Training and Employment Services programs, providing neurodivergent adults with the skills, confidence and opportunities needed to thrive in the workforce.

At Living & Learning, we believe that every individual brings valuable strengths and talents to the professional world. Yet many adults with autism and other related challenges continue to face significant barriers to meaningful employment. Through our partnership with the Honda USA Foundation, we will expand our reach and impact enhancing specialized job coaching, skill-building workshops, and direct placement services – bridging the gap between talented candidates and inclusive employers.

“This support from the Honda USA Foundation has the potential to be transformational for our participants,” says Nicolette Granata Biskup, Corporate Placement Lead. “It ensures that we can continue expanding our capacity to provide high-touch, individualized support that leads not just to a job, but to a career, and to greater financial and social mobility and empowerment.”

We are honored to be recognized by an organization that shares our commitment to community, equity, and opportunity. Together, we are building a more inclusive workforce and a stronger future for all.
