There are many ways to volunteer with Living and Learning Enrichment Center.

Campus Volunteer
The Living and Learning Center is located on 12 acres of pristine property with rolling hills, miniature golf, alpacas, chickens, bunnies, lavender fields, gardens, and so much more!
Volunteers are needed to help maintain our beautiful property, welcome our members and guests, or assist during special events.
• Any volunteer under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult!
• Anyone on campus planning to volunteer must submit a volunteer form.
• The information provided allows LLEC to run background checks through iChat, a Michigan-based resource.

Company/Organization Volunteer Day

The Living and Learning Center has over 250 members per month that travel to us from 6 counties and over 45 cities across Southeast Michigan. We offer over 34 programs to individuals with disabilities ages 13 and up. These programs help our members reach their full potential in work, relationships, and independent living skills.
LLEC works with businesses and organizations to set up day events for employee groups to volunteer to help maintain our beautiful property for our members.
Mentor with Members
The Living and Learning Center has over 250 members per month that travel to us from 6 counties and over 45 cities across Southeast Michigan. We offer over 34 programs to individuals with disabilities ages 13 and up. These programs help our members reach their full potential in work, relationships, and independent living skills.
Mentors volunteer to help facilitate our programs and work with our members to guide and model best practices in behaviors, create friendships and help to build meaningful lives for our members.
